By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you understand that you are solely responsible for the private key and or passwords associated with your account when you use the Website. NFTR Market will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred due to the loss of theft of a private key or ant of your associated credentials.

By using the Website you hereby declare that you understand that NFTs and other digital assets are extremely volatile and are subject to extreme fluctuations. You also understand that the price of these assets are driven by speculation and that NFTR Market has no influence of the price of a digital asset, which can fall at any moment below the price for which you acquire such asset through the Website.

NFTR Market does not in any way guarantee that through your activities on the Website you will acquire any gains or you will not suffer any losses. In no event and under any circumstances will NFTR Market be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your activity on the Website.

NFTR Market is developed on the Elrond blockchain and by using the Website you hereby declare that you understand that NFTR Market does not have any control over the operability of the block chain. Under no circumstance you shall hold NFTR Market liable for any losses incurred as a result of any technical problems or other events such as “forks”, that may appear on the Elrond blockchain. NFTR Market does not assume any responsibility to notify you of pending problems that may arise with or in connection to the Elrond blockchain.

NFTs and digital assets in general are a new and innovative product that may be subject to regulations in the future. NFTR Market will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered as a result of changes in laws and regulations that may affect in any way the use of the Website or services.
